RFK Jr.

RFK Jr.'s appointment as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services was approved by the Senate yesterday. This is a disaster for so many reasons. I will write more on this when I have the bandwidth to wrap my mind around it, but for now I'll leave you with the words of Melanie D'Arrigo, the executive director of Campaign for New York Health:

"Confirming RFK Jr as health secretary is like putting Pennywise from It in charge of Child Protective Services."

May the senators who voted for this man never know a moment's peace.
